If you are unsure of your own cycle number, then check out this chart to calculate for yourself. The Cycle Number Formula to Prove Your Results The formula by which you can prove that you have successfully progressed with the cycle is as follows: (Cycle Number x 0.05) to Calculate Your Post Cycle Test Results Example: John is 8 weeks in and his cycle number has been: 1-5 (8 weeks) 6-10 (9 weeks) 11-15 (10 weeks) 16-20 (10 weeks) 21+ (11 weeks) Then, John looks with his wife to see if she feels good during her cycle, and they check how their body feels during the week prior to their 8 week test. If they feel good, then John will be in good shape for the week and be on the right track. On the other hand, if the results are not as good as expected, then John would be ready to step back and give the cycle another go, test prop 100 review. How many reps and sets
Sure you can do sets of 200 press ups, but with that many reps you are just building muscle endurancewhich isn't what I was talking about in the video. I did some research so I have my own numbers for these to see why I think those are not the answers you should be looking for.
I was looking to gauge just what the actual volume of reps were, not just a linear increase in reps per set. With that being said, if you were doing 200 repetitions then you would be putting in 200 sets of 40 reps (which would not be a whole lot of reps for someone training in a gym) in a week, test prop 250. For someone doing 10 sets of 25 reps daily there would be only a 5-6% increase in reps done each workout, how many reps and sets.
It got me thinking that perhaps if I were to do more set of 100 reps in one week I would do more sets of 40 reps so I'd be doing double that number in a week. Maybe with 3 days of a week of 200 reps on different days of the week, I could make up for it a little more by doing more sets of 15 or 20 so it would be less than a 4x4 in a week, test prop bloat.
I would think if I would be doing that I could get at least as many total reps as I had done in the one week of 100 reps.
As for the percentage of muscle building per set, it seems fair to say that is about the same at 25% of total reps with 1 rep max.
The best part of adding these type of workouts/sets/sets of reps is that you will have that boost of energy that just comes from getting done something that has been in your mind for a number of hours in the gym, reps and sets how many. You may be able to maintain it longer as well, you just might get frustrated. That is the fun part though, knowing that you have built up muscle that you no longer need to burn it off with cardio.
I hope this post has been enlightening and useful in your quest to build muscle. If it has, I will see you next time and see you in the gym, test prop fever!
